Cocktail Cadre Cocktail T Shirts Review + A Classic Old Fashioned

We’re always looking for an excuse to have a cocktail, so when we were approached by the folks that run the Cocktail Cadre Shop to review a couple of their cocktail-centric t-shirts, we of course said yes. Our plan for this review: talk about their t-shirts and make a cocktail using the exact recipe on the t-shirt, which for this video was a Bourbon Old Fashioned.

The two t-shirts we received are the Cocktail Construction Chart t-shirt and the Old Fashioned Chart t-shirt. Here are a few words about them taken directly from the Cocktail Cadre website:

A detailed blueprint drawing of proper cocktail measurements created as a humorous project by a member of the US Forest Service in 1974 and now in the National Archives.

The chart includes recipes and measurements for classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Martini, Whiskey Sour, Highball, and more along with a key describing the symbols used.

Lovingly recreated by hand by legendary designer Bill Green (Lebowski Fest, Jailbreak Brewery, The Dudes’ Brewery, Slightly Stoopid, and many more).

Thanks to all of this work-from-home business, we’ve become quite the t-shirt aficionados, so we had more than a few words to say about these bits of casual apparel. To hear all about these t-shirts and how our Bourbon Old Fashioneds turned out, click the play button on the following video:
