It would seem that the drinks business is all about portability these days…

Mix it.
Can it.
Chill it.
Drink it!

We’ve reviewed many a canned hard seltzer or canned cocktail these days, so we were pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mike Brown of Soso Sake asking if we’d like to try Soso Sake + Soda, because it’s always fun to try something new, and Sake + Soda is definitely new. To us at least.

Here’s a bit more information about Soso Sake + Soda taken directly from their FAQ page:

WHAT IS SOSO SAKE?
Soso Sake is the first low abv, flavored sake in a can with bubbles. It’s perfectly effervescent, smooth and absolutely delicious in any setting.

WHAT IS SAKE?
Sake is a japanese beverage that is usually referred to as “japanese rice wine”. It’s made from 4 ingredients. rice, koji, yeast, and water.

WHY SAKE?
Sake is made from 4 natural ingredients and it is delicious. It’s light, dry and has a hint of sweetness. Sake is also naturally gluten free, vegan and sulfite free (take that hangover).

WHAT ARE SOSO SAKE’S NUTRITIONAL FACTS?
Soso Sake is 5.8% ABV, 97 calories, 2g of sugar, 4g carbs, all natural flavoring, gluten free, vegan and sulfite free

WHAT FLAVORS DOES SOSO SAKE COME IN?
Soso Sake comes in 3 totally unique flavors. Ringo (fuji apple), Sakura (cherry blossom) and Yuzu.

HOW MUCH ALCOHOL IS IN SOSO SAKE?
Each can is 5.8% ABV.
