I have to admit, when you mentioned this miraculous contraption a few night ago over sushi and Avery White Rascals, Ommegang Hennepin, Duvel, Rogue Morimoto & Sushi I thought it was the Duvel talking.
Now I see differently. BRILLIANT!
The only thing missing is a staff of attractive and craft beer knowledgeable young woman to bring out the wings (and in your case, the charcuterie).
