Korbel Prosecco Review

Now that the holiday season is OFFICIALLY here, let’s talk festive beverages…

Korbel Prosecco is what we’ll be discussing on today’s episode of A Tasting at The Murder Table. For those of you that aren’t familiar with Korbel, they are a Sonoma County, California based winery that specializes in sparkling wines.

While the vast majority of their wines are made in California, their Prosecco is produced and bottled in Italy. Here’s what they have to say about it:

KORBEL Prosecco is produced and bottled entirely in the Prosecco DOC, Denominazione di Origine Controllata, located in north eastern Italy. The Prosecco zone overlaps much of Italy’s cool white wine growing regions, the Veneto and Friuli, and is located close to the famous medieval city of Venice. Here along the hillsides and valleys, the Glera grape thrives and provides local producers with the base wine from which prosecco is made.

We’re far from wine experts, but we’ve definitely enjoyed a Prosecco or two over the years and have even reviewed a couple on the channel. To find out what we thought Korbel’s Prosecco, click play on the following video:
