I was looking for something new to share with my fellow dancers and as the Wookie goes on and on about Kölsch style beer, I thought I would give this product from New Holland a try. From the New Holland site:
“Full Circle is a deceptively simple beer. Its made with a single malt, a single hop, and our single-minded approach to brewing: make the best. Period. The result is a beer light in body yet still rich with taste and character. Whether you’re a seasoned beer aficionado or new to hand-crafted brews, everyone can enjoy the smooth, surprising taste of Full Circle.”
I found the Full Circle to have the following characteristics.
- Appearance: Light Yellow with a little haze and good foam and lacing.
- Aroma: Mild roasted malt.
- Taste: Very mild with a subtle sweetness and a nice finish.
- ABV: 5.25%
This was a good beer. However, the beer is unfiltered so if you aren’t a fan of floaters you may want to steer clear of the Full Circle.
