We get all kinds of ideas for episodes of What We Watch When We Drink. Our biggest surprise recently is that Nickelback has a cocktail named after them. That band takes its fair share of below the belt hits in music fandom even though they have a lot of hits. But hey, if you got a cocktail, then we’re willing to try it regardless of how many millions of records you’ve sold and how much hate you’ve garnered. And if you’re Canadian, that’s a plus for us…

We get all kinds of ideas for episodes of What We Watch When We Drink. Our biggest surprise recently is that the Pickelback is an actual cocktail! This drink idea came from our good friend The WhiskyLassie. aka Johanne M. McInnis.

Yes, we were shocked too! She’s from Canada. That’s not shocking, but suggesting the Pickleback blew us the eff away! Yet it makes sense since our show of choice is shocking in its own way. Frank of Ireland on Prime Video is on tap for this episode. It’s a bizarre Irish comedy series that almost no one has watched. Except us.

Well, with Johanne’s help we Pickleback (with Jameson and Paddy’s) our way through Frank of Ireland. Pickle Juice meets Irish Whiskey. What the eff could go wrong? We’ve had worse ideas.
