While we’ve reviewed a few Cognacs over the years, we’d never consider ourselves experts on the subject. We like it and would never turn it down, but can’t definitively say why we like one Cognac over another because we just don’t have enough experience with this type of spirit.

That being said, we’re going to treat this Cognac, which goes by the name Revanche, the same way we treat every beverage that we review. First we’ll nose it, then we’ll taste it, and then we’ll give you our honest opinion.
