What do you get when a distiller who’s ALSO a coffee roaster decides to make a coffee liqueur? You get a little something called Char & Stave Classic Coffee Liqueur which is made by Bluebird Distilling (owner’s of Char & Stave Coffee Roasters). As luck would have it, our dear friends at Philly’s Punch Media were kind enough to send us a bottle for this review.

Here’s a bit of information about this liqueur courtesy of the Bluebird Distilling website:

A classic coffee liqueur at its finest. Bluebird Vodka blended with freshly roasted Char & Stave Coffee. We distill the vodka, roast the coffee, cold brew the coffee and add cane sugar to create a decadent velvety coffee liqueur. 30% ABV
