Drinking is fun. Hangovers are not. There is no real cure for a hangover, but there are ways to minimize the damage. Here is my regimen:
- After an extended drinking session, you need something in your belly to absorb the alcohol. Breakfast food always works. Eggs, home fries, toast, coffee, and orange juice. If your name is Limpd, some Scrapple and a chocolate shake will help too.
- Drink as much water as possible before going to bed.
- When you wake up the next morning (or afternoon depending on how much you’ve had to drink), have a banana, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, and maybe some Advil or Alka Seltzer. You should be as good as new in no time!
