We love Carmy and Sydney. We love Italian Beef sandwiches. We love Richie and Sugar. We love Tina, Marcus, Ebraheim, Sweeps, Angel, and Manny. We love Friends and Family Dinner. We love Mikey, Uncle Jimmy, and Claire Bear. And we love Fak and the Faks, but not Francie. We love COUSIN! We love CORNER! We love Thank You, Chef. We love forks and donuts and screwdrivers and baseball cards. We love Boursin omelettes with potato chips. We love hibiscus tea with small bites and a hibiscus cloud. We love mango tarts, cheese-stuffed pasta in brown butter with pesto, branzino, and tuna casserole. We love lamb ragout with King’s Hawaiian Rolls, and cannoli. We love sharp chef knives and sharper suits. We love chain smoking (not really), uncomfortable pauses, and screaming. We love chaos, insults, and Tony/Tom/Tim, the Fridge Guy. We love family (sometimes). We love Taylor Swift, asking if you’re ok, Michael Jordan, and Coach K. We love cookbooks, clocks, and letting it rip.

And we love our very special guest, Casting Director, Lisa Zambetti, from the Killer Casting podcast making her second visit to What We Watch When We Drink. And guess what we talked about? The Bear! Shocking, we know. Mostly it’s a Season 2 chat but it’s hard not to work a little S1 in there too.
