We love forks and donuts and screwdrivers and baseball cards. We love Boursin omelettes with potato chips. We love hibiscus tea with small bites and a hibiscus cloud. We love mango tarts, cheese-stuffed pasta in brown butter with pesto, branzino, and tuna casserole. We love lamb ragout with King’s Hawaiian Rolls, and cannoli. We love sharp chef knives and sharper suits. We love chain smoking (not really), uncomfortable pauses, and screaming. We love chaos, insults, and Tony/Tom/Tim, the Fridge Guy. We love family (sometimes). We love Taylor Swift, asking if you’re ok, Michael Jordan, and Coach K. We love cookbooks, clocks, and letting it rip.
